SCOPE

Micro Learning for ~25 Employees

OVERVIEW

Securibyte (real name changed), an enterprise SaaS mobile-security company, wanted to invest in employee wellbeing with a mini-course on sleep hygiene. I designed and built "Rest Assured," a self-paced, five-minute course that teaches the science of better sleep and sends each employee off with a personalized plan. THE CHALLENGE

Wellness training usually gets skipped because it feels long, preachy, or generic. This had to earn five minutes of a busy engineer's attention, hold to instructional-design and WCAG accessibility standards, and still feel like it belonged to a personalized brand rather than a generic HR portal.

THE APPROACH

Three short lessons pair a practical tip with the light science behind it, reinforced by knowledge checks, a reflection prompt, and a five-question self-assessment that generates a live "sleep score" and a tailored checklist. I leaned into the brand with security metaphors throughout ("sleep like your data's encrypted"), on a calm nocturnal palette to keep it warm and human.
