SCOPE

New Hires at Marigold

OVERVIEW

Marigold Studio (names and photos changed for privacy) needed new hires to feel connected to the team before their first day. I designed an interactive "meet the team" module that introduces the small founding team of five people, their roles, and who to go to for what, so new starters walk in already knowing the faces around them.

THE CHALLENGE

Joining a small startup early can feel like trying to break into a new friend group thats already best friends. This module helps break that ice by inviting in new team members and ensuring they start off with clear insight on the team.

THE APPROACH

I built a self-paced, click-through flow where learners open each profile to read a short bio and the person's "come to me for" areas, with light progress tracking that gates the finish until all five are read. A closing note from the founder keeps it cozy. It was built to current accessibility standards with full keyboard support, and screen-reader announcements.
