OVERVIEW

Securibyte needed to get every new hire secure on their company computer from day one. I built the training that turns a brand-new employee into someone who can sign in safely, keep their software patched, and spot an attack before it does damage.

THE CHALLENGE

New hires arrive with wildly different comfort levels around technology, and their first week is when they're most exposed to weak passwords, unpatched apps, and phishing. The training had to work for a total beginner and a confident user alike, stay consistent across every instructor who delivered it, and prove that people could actually do the tasks, not just recognize them on a quiz.

THE APPROACH

A step-by-step facilitator guide built on the ADDIE model, with a timed run of show and scripted say-this, do-this, and check-for-understanding moments so any instructor can run it the same way. Learners work through three hands-on modules on their own device and walk away with a one-page quick reference for the desk, and a knowledge check plus a can-do checklist confirm they're ready before go-live.
