OVERVIEW
US Foods was replacing the warehouse management system that runs every distribution center in the country. I owned the learning strategy: scalable, role-based training that got thousands of workers fluent on a new system without stalling operations.
THE CHALLENGE
15 distinct user groups, each with different workflows, spread across 70+ sites, all needing to be productive on day one of their go-live. Training had to be consistent, measurable, and impossible to fall behind on.
THE APPROACH
Role-specific curricula built on adult-learning principles, 25+ modules and 15 Learner Guides. These were paired with live dashboards tracking completion and system performance, so leadership could see every site's readiness in real time.
